On Sunday Tim completed around 10 miles up the Thames from Gravesend to Erith. Starting
in the early evening to catch the rising tide, Tim made good progress for the day - averaging about 4mph.
A little over half way, the two namesakes met: Tim's bath, Lilibet II, is named after the same person as the M25 bridge in Dartford: Queen Elizabeth II.
Along the way Tim was cheered along by the crowds enjoying a cruise on the Princess Pocahontas.

There had been a bit of a headwind along the way, but this didn't slow Tim down too much; he'd been feeling good for the whole row. As the sun was setting he arrived safely in Erith.
